01Can I use Canva or Word instead?
Yes. They can be useful for simple documents. VisaAlbum is for couples who want a purpose-built space to organize photos, messages, travel proof, captions, and chronology as one relationship-evidence dossier.
02What is included in the Free Preview?
You get 14 days to test the builder, create one album preview with up to 10 photos, and see a watermarked PDF. AI evidence reviews are not included. No credit card is required.
03Is VisaAlbum a subscription?
No for personal users. Standard and Premium are fixed-term, one-time Passes with 12 weeks or one year of access. Only Agency plans are recurring subscriptions.
04Can I add chat logs and flight tickets?
Yes. The layouts are made for photos, chat screenshots, travel records, and mixed evidence pages, so the timeline stays easy to follow.
05Can I edit the album later?
Yes. While your Pass is active, you can add photos, rearrange layouts, and export your PDF whenever you need to.
06What does the AI actually do?
It can turn your rough notes into clear, warm captions and review the album for missing context, timeline gaps, repetitive evidence, and unclear descriptions.
07How is my relationship evidence protected?
Your relationship history is personal. VisaAlbum uses AES-256 encryption for sensitive data and uses your information only to provide the service and generate your documents.
08Does VisaAlbum guarantee visa approval?
No. VisaAlbum is not a law firm and cannot guarantee any visa outcome. It helps you organize and present genuine relationship evidence clearly.
