Getting Started
Visa Album is designed to help you create a professional, embassy-standard relationship evidence dossier. Instead of messy folders or basic word documents, we provide a structured layout engine paired with AI to tell your story effectively.
1. Upload & Organize
Everything starts with your photos. Use the Right Sidebar to manage your evidence pool.
The Uncategorized Pool
When you upload images, they first land in the Uncategorized Pool. These are "active" images that you've used in your album but haven't yet assigned to a specific trip.
Trip Logs
Organize your photos chronologically by creating Trip Logs. Each log can hold a location, dates, and a detailed "story" of that specific meeting.
2. Build Your Pages
Use the Left Sidebar to manage the structure of your album. We provide over 18+ professionally designed A4 layouts.
- Add Page: Select from various grid types (3x3, 4x4, mix of text and images).
- Change Layout: Change the layout of an existing page without losing your captions.
3. Drag, Drop & Edit
The builder is highly interactive. Populate your album by simply dragging images from your history into the page slots.
Image Transformation
Once an image is in a slot, you can zoom, rotate, and reposition it to fit perfectly within the frame.
AI Magic Wand
Click the icon next to any text field to let our AI transform your notes into professional, embassy-ready captions.
4. The AI Audit
Before you export, use our AI Audit feature to ensure your evidence is strong enough for a visa officer.
The AI analyzes your entire album for:
- Timeline Gaps
- Red Flags
- Caption Consistency
- Photo Variety
5. Export to PDF
When you are ready, switch to Review Mode to see the final look, then download your high-resolution PDF.
Pro Tip: Our PDFs are generated at 300DPI to ensure that even when printed, your photos and text remain sharp and legible for the consular officer.
